My uncle Richard Sims served in CO.E 16th INF RGT in WW2, he was killed Nov 24,1944,I do not know where my grandfather said somewhere in Belgium. His body was never sent home.I never knew him, but I have all the letters that he wrote to my grandfather A.C. Sims when they were in the service together.My grandfather was in India,Burma, and China during the time. And my dad served in Vietnam.God bless them all.
